15-Minute Pulled Pork Breakfast Tacos

15-Minute Pulled Pork Breakfast Tacos

We get it. Sometimes breakfast can get a bit blah, especially when you're on the go.

This recipe is so simple, you can memorize it and do your own variations.

Best part, it takes just 15 minutes to make, and you don't even need silverware!

Pulled Pork Breakfast Tacos Ingredients

1 bag Piedmont BBQ Carolina Pulled Pork

1 bag soft or hard taco shells (we like the low-carb soft ones from Mission)

1 bag shredded cheese (we prefer sharp cheddar)

1 6-12 eggs

Butter or oil for pan

You'll need 1 medium-sized pot and 1 frying pan

Pulled Pork Breakfast Taco Instructions

Turn on two burners.

You'll want 2-3 cups of water in the pot, depending on how wide it is. Let the water come to a bowl and then allow the bag of Pulled Pork to heat for 15 minutes.

On the other burner, grease the pan and then scramble your eggs.

Option 1: put the shredded directly in the eggs for a cheesy scramble.

Option 2: Keep the cheese for a garnish when ready to serve.

While the eggs and pork are cooking, you can go ahead and lay out your plates and taco shells.

When both are ready, simply fill your taco shells with pork, scrambled eggs, and cheese (optional).

If you like a little heat, try Piedmont's hot BBQ sauce or you can use something like Frank's to spice it.

A Zero Carb Option?

If you're trying to lean up, you can skip the taco shells and serve this as a burrito bowl.

However you serve it, it's super fast and your family and friends will love it.
