I grew up on homemade Brunswick stew and then always made my own for my family. Honestly, I didn’t expect this to meet my standards, just thought I’d give it a try. I love it!

Delicious and definitely restaurant quality. Best we’ve ever had. I will definitely order again. Made perfect pulled pork sandwiches, with no fat or gristle at all.

Please bring more of your potato salad tomorrow to the Brookhaven Farmers Market. I'd love two quarts. I thought I made the best potato salad. Nope.

This is awesome, better than I could make. It has everything we love: red skin potatoes with the skin on and thinly sliced; red onions very thinly sliced and with no 'raw' taste (probably due to marinating) or overwhelmingly strong onion taste; virtually no sugar, just a lovely, tangy and light vinegar dressing that lets the potato flavor shine. It's also great for what it does NOT have, as I'm not keen on the following in potato salads: no eggs, no cheese, no sugar (this has a teensy bit but the flavor is not detectable). We plan to continue ordering this for ourselves and also for parties. Excellent product.

We've had this wonderful slaw several nights now and love it. It's such a good change from the usual slaw which I make from scratch using the shredded cabbage and carrot bags from the store, which has a mayonnaise base. We both love the North Carolina red vinegar style. Tonight, we had it with the buttermilk brined, smoked pulled chicken from Market Wagon and the two complemented each other well. I also serve this with sausages (like the Vidalia Onion Sausages or brats) and can't wait to try it with the pulled pork. The best part about this simple but very tasty side, was that all I had to do was pull it out of the fridge, put it in a nice dish with a serving spoon, and --- DONE! No work for me. Thank you for a very good slaw that will be part of our regular 'rotation,' as I call it.
