To prepare beef barbacoa and buttermilk brined chicken, simply place the bags in boiling water for 15 minutes. Warm hard shells in a toaster - or oven - for a few minutes or warm tortillas on the grill, cast-iron skillet, in the oven or microwave. For meat lovers and vegans!
Our chili is the ultimate comfort meal – it’s hearty, flavorful, and the perfect meal solution for a relaxing evening. Both chili options are perfect for the meat lover or your friend who only eats vegan.
Make it fun by creating a DIY chili bar!

To prepare, simply place the BPA-free bags of chili in boiling water for 15 minutes, then pour in the bowl. Does it get any easier than that? Our chili comes in a one-quart bag and serves approximately 3 people per bag. Place ingredients in small bowls and top chili with your favorites!
Meatball Sandwich Night
For meatball lovers, of course!
Who doesn’t love a good meatball sandwich? This meal is sure to satisfy your hunger and perfect after a long day of adventure. Our Classic Italian meatballs are hardwood-smoked; made with locally-sourced pork and beef from Stone Mountain Cattle Company.
Make it fun with a DIY Meatball Sub Bar!
What you’ll need:
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- Piedmont BBQ Co. Smoked Italian Meatballs (1 package makes 2 sandwich servings)
- ½ cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup of provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Parmesan Cheese
- Seasoning and Herbs of choice – garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place your meatballs in boiling water for 15 minutes. Slice the hoagie buns and place face up in the oven with cooking spray or olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Put marinara sauce on the bottom portion of the hoagie, then add meatballs. Top meatballs with more marinara, then add cheese. Place back in oven to melt the cheese to your liking. Each bag of meatballs makes approximately 1 - 2 subs, depending on the size of the hoagies.
